Hi! My name is Joshua Connelly, and I am an undergraduate communication student at Saint Louis University, a sports journalist and a copy editor.
I have been the NFL Head Writer and NFL Lead Reporter at The Sports Quotient since July 2014, and before I was promoted, I was an SQ NFL contributor for more than a year. I have published more than 220 posts for SQ in the nearly two years I have been working there. You can view my SQ profile here.
I am also a copy editor for The University News at SLU. Each week, I edit up to a dozen articles for spelling, grammar and content before publication. I have also written articles for the News, Sports, Arts and Opinion sections. Examples of my writing and editing can be found under the "Samples" section.
Before I began working for The Sports Quotient and The University News, I ran a rock music review website with a friend of mine. We published more than 80 reviews between April 2013 and June 2014. The site is no longer updated, but you can still check it out and read through the back catalog.
